“Before working with Rupal I just needed to be sure that i would feel comfortable and wouldn’t feel awkward. I felt that after the sessions I now have lots of tools that I can use in my everyday life as well as for my yoga practice. The best thing about working with Rupal is her calmness and understanding. The most important thing people should know about working with Rupal is that they can take it at their own pace and she always provide alternatives so that people can find the right pose for them. I enjoyed the classes that i did due to the size of them. I didnt feel like i was lost in a class and that i was able to receive attention when it was needed. It was also nice in group that i didn’t keep comparing myself to others which is a first for me, i am usually worrying about what everyone else is doing.”
