About Rupal

I was first introduced to yoga over 15 years ago having been exposed to the ideas of meditation, ayurveda and mindfulness growing up. As allergies and stress related illnesses emerged, I turned to yoga and meditation for a holistic approach to good health. The more I practised, the more I reaped the benefits of this ancient discipline and discovered a change in my state of mind as well as my body.

Qualified and Safe

Having seen the transformation, I wanted to share these benefits with others and trained with a Yoga Alliance Registered School to become a teacher. This has equipped me with the skills to instruct students in a safe way throughout their practice.

Initially practising Hatha yoga, I specialised in Vinyasa Flow yoga linking movement with breath and take inspiration from Ashtanga and Iyengar teachings. I’m passionate about expanding my knowledge of yoga and the healing arts, which provide the fresh insights to inspire my practice. First and foremost, I am and always will be a student of yoga.
